I'm a Ramen enjoyer and I have visited Japan many times for the sole purpose of enjoying authentic Ramen. My favorite is probably the Tonkotsu Ramen, I love it when the broth is extremely thick and savory and leaves an aroma in your mouth long after you are finished with it.
Now I'm relatively new to Dayton, and so far I have tried Hoshi Ramen and Ariake Grille & Sushi Bar for their ramen. Hoshi Ramen sucks, their ramen is flavorless and I didn't enjoy it at all, Ariake is slightly better but their broth still felt like water instead of the thick broth that I actually want. I felt like both of these places didn't offer authentic Ramen and leaves much to be desired.
Now my question is, are there any actually good and authentic Ramen places in the Dayton area? I'm hoping, praying for a place that can actually satisfy my Ramen craving.
