Hi everyone. I’ve been tasked with organizing a Christmas party/fundraiser at a local suburb bar. We’re committed to providing Christmas (food, gifts, decorations, etc.) to 5 local families this year. The commitment was made before the recent stay at home directives and restricted hours of operation. So I’m in a pretty big pickle here with what to do. We have a max capacity of 50 right now. Anyone have ideas on how to generate the most revenue with the least in-person contact? So far we’ve come up with the ideas of special 2020 ornaments, bakery style cookie plates, a raffle for any in kind donations I can solicit locally, and we have a band booked for the night but can only allow 45 tickets to be sold. If anyone is an expert fundraiser or just some tips I’d be really grateful! Thanks Dayton!!!
