Should I get the Dawn Of War Master collection?

The game seems cool, but I’ve seen a lot of balancing complaints geared towards the factions added by the DLCs (in particular the necrons due to the things like being able to repair and resurrect themselves, and the factions added by Soulstorm). Are the factions that unbalanced? Is the game worth getting?
