CRT lines on UI

So, this happened.
I'm fairly new in using davinci resolve and wanted to do a meme edit real quick to test it out, but when I opened a new project on the program the UI looked like this. I can still hover over it and click stuff but there's just. Lines.
I literally have no idea how this happened nor why is this happening. Any thoughts? ToT
System Specs: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Intel Pentium G4600 @ 3.60GHz, 4GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 630 (Gigabyte)
Currently using ver 18.6 build 9 of Davinci Resolve
