Adjustment Layer on a Multi-cam Clip?

Post Body

I am currently editing a multi-cam video of a concert that I filmed; this is my first time using multi-cam in Resolve. I am going to need to add noise reduction, which I tend to do last so that I have useable playback while editing. Is the best way to go about that to flatten the multi-cam clip and add the noise reduction as an adjustment clip? Or, is there a better way?
