Is Mulholland Drive a good start into David Lynch? I would really want to watch it because it looks wonderful. And I have a question regarding it, can anybody help?
Post Body

I really want to watch this movie as it looks really like a surreal psychosexual nightmare that doesn’t end and keeps descending into insanity and intimacy, it looks wonderful and I have long admired Lynch for his philosophical ideas, speeches and paintings.

I really am scared that I spoiled the movie for myself, could anyone please tell me I did not spoil it?

For example, I read that the whole movie is a dream or at least the first half, can anyone please tell me that is not really true?

Thank you kindly.

I am back now here, I just watched Blue Velvet, it really was a transcendental experience and I really loved it. I’m excited for more Lynch. Wonderful, really.

Comments

Just don’t look online anymore and watch the movie on a big screen with no distractions.
