Title. I see two options: one saying "special edition" and one that seems like a normal Blu Ray release. Anyone with special knowledge of which one (or another entirely) is better and why?

I don’t know why if there is a 4K version of it, then you can’t buy it on digital in 4K. I’m sure for region reasons or some BS like that.
