So in the third run I twisted my foot. I am not sure if my brain tried to sabotage me or if it really was an accident. I wanted to try running the fourth leg, but I literally can't even walk without stumbling. So I asked my neighbor for his Bike. I read that 1 mile of running equals to 3 miles of cycling would that be about right making 12miles with the bike instead of running?
Sorry to the mods for not asking this on the stick post, but this wouldn't get answered otherwise and in other subs or forum people wouldn't understand why I want to continue with a twisted foot.
