Post Body

So I discovered David Goggins 2 weeks into 2021, and I learned more about myself, in almost 2 months than in 27 years of my life and took real responsibility for my problems instead of blaming everyone else and how hard life is. Of course, I saw the challenge and at first my mind was, I am busy, I have things to do, I have to work and many more excuses why I can't do it. Thanks to Goggins I accepted them and choose to do the challenge.

I will do it, doesn't matter if I like the answers or not.

So my to my question, I never ran more than 4 miles my entire life. I started running 1 month ago and did 4 miles 6 times a week. I know it won't be enough to be ready for the challenge and that's not my question, just want to know if I still should do leg day on Friday or should I change my schedule for this week? And thus do you think 1 rest day would be enough, so I won't mess up my 6xa week running schedule?(this will increase as my lungs start to recover)

Stay Hard!
