Injury Setback - looking for input

I’ve put nearly 190km on my legs since Nov. 1 and was planning on doing a marathon tomorrow (my bday turning 32). I’ve pushed past other pains, stiffness, and soreness during this training but this is different. I’m thinking maybe I’ll skip rope for 4 hours or 3hours and 20 minutes. Or find some other physical challenge to tackle that doesn’t worsen the injury.

Thought maybe some of you would have some good ideas or have experienced injury as a setback before as well. Thanks friends!!
