First run after surgery

I did varicosele surgery (grade 3) 40 days ago started to get back to calisthenics training 6 days ago this is the seventh day I ran in the garden of my house not big space but I was able to complete 4 miles when I decided in the morning to do only three ( note that this is the first time in my life I run for a complete four miles. Next day will be better also the day after. I applied the cookie jar technique it was really helpful. Here is the statistics.
