so I’ve been listening can’t hurt me and I listen to how he came from 0.5 miles to like 6 miles and that inspired me. yesterday. I started my weight loss and I ran… no struggled really struggled to run 2 miles and now today I decided to lower 0.5 because I was so sore or maybe it was just my mind and I want to 0.5 miles because of what david is saying and now so what my question is how do I know when I should really stop?
