Was visiting my family for 8 days so didn't run at all.
This was just a test to see if my mind can keep up with my body, and the last two kilometres really were a struggle for a second. Also it was partially cause my friend was making fun of me that I was 195m short of a marathon the week before so kinda wanted to shut him up, too.
Now need to transfer these little gains/calluses into other venues of my life, which is the hard part of the equation.
