So I’m about 3/4ths complete of Infinite Jest, I was honestly bored at first but the way he describes post-capitalism is the most unique I’ve ever seen, I love all the subtle comical bits. I want more of that. I’m addicted to this book rn.
Also I strongly identify with the addiction concept of the novel (I have honestly been to rehab myself and understand the experience first person) so that is also something that stands out to me here.
I remember listening to an audiobook of “This Is Water” while doing other tasks and some lines were extremely impactful to me.
Any recommendations I should hop on to next?
