I made this build with emphasis on maximizing stagger damage and crit for even more stagger damage, not fully finished but when it is the plan is for 6 Pulse from Sahvyt's Maul (from a 3 Pulse cell in slot) and 3 cunning in the other finesse slot, 3 Zeal from Skarn's Defiance (which gives lots of shields to negate damage), 3 cunning from Dark Watch (Powered Up) and 3 KOK from Brutality slot, 3 Overpower and 3 KOK from Timeweave Robes, 3 Overpower and 3 Predator from Timeweave gauntlets, 3 Zeal and 3 Predator from Thunderdeep's Turbines, and finally the Bastion omnicell for maximum shields and the active ability which can deal massive stagger.
