Anyone know the easiest way to get urska’s tail?

Ive got at least 30 of the epic drops from him now but legit only 1 tail, every time I try I always end up killing him or freezing before I can part it.. I’m on a personal mission to get every armour set in the game (ik it’s useless and I won’t use most of them but I like collecting things I need his chest piece for my medic build) so anyone got any tips?
