Let me start off by saying I have never really ever dated. My one and only relationship started in grade 7 and lasted 22 years. This means that all those learning years spent figuring out the dating world, meeting people and going through relationship fails, were missed.

It has been 3 years since I left my ex and although I don't believe I am ready to get in to another deep relationship, I do find myself with the desire to be close to another human being once more. To hold onto someone in the early morning hours.

Since I missed out on all those years of relationship learning most people go through in their teen and 20 something years, I am not comfortable with the bar and club scenes. So if not there, where do people find potential partners these days?
