UPDATE: Thanks for your thoughts everyone. Super helpful. You’ve helped confirm my gut feeling not to see him again.
I (46F) went on a first date a couple of weeks back with a guy in his late 30s. We met in a coffee shop. After about 45 minutes, a woman came to sit next to us. She was attractive, and heavily made up. I noticed him looking at her as she went to sit down. Then, after a minute or so, he turned around very obviously to look at her (it was so blatant, and made me feel uncomfortable). Then, after another minute, he turned around very obviously to look at her again. This was all during conversation with me. Apart from this, the date was quite nice. But I really felt he was checking her out. Thoughts? Would you give him another chance, or write him off? I’m inclined not to see him again (he said he wants to see me again), but I feel it wasn’t a good start. At all.
