I see many on here complaining about OLD. I think it’s made us ‘soft.’ It’s too easy now to ghost. It’s too easy to lie. It’s too easy to b.s.

I found no one says anymore ‘thanks, enjoyed the date but I just don’t feel a click.’ They just disappear. If you do tell someone you aren’t interested, oh lord. I try to do that every time but I see now why ghosting sounds good.

I myself get tired of having to kick of conversations. If I find I have started most if not all, I will wait and see. Do they message me? If I don’t hear something in say, a few days, I cut things off. I enjoy a good conversation and lack of it bores me.

I can say I met a potential friend once. When she got out of the car, I was like ‘wait. Who is this?’ Her pic was great. She wasn’t. 15 min in the date, she’s showing me nudes of her tied up on her phone. I left shortly after this, texted her I didn’t think I was a good fit and blocked her number. Why do people just lie???
