Little annoying but here's what I wrote in addition to the usual stuff about myself: hobby, current goals in life, things I enjoy

"Important! My preferred age range is 38-48 Please be in Texas and have a profile picture of yourself! :) Very importantly: I am physically unable to have children, and I really do not wish to be a step mother to anyone. Thank you!"

And it's like some of them think "Challenge Accepted!"

And there they come: age 32, age 53, in New York, pictures of everything except their face, and "I have one kid but they don't live with me all the time."

Like what the... Why? You're just wasting time. I was literally trying to put all my non negtionables in a polite and friendly manner. Like do I need to risk sounding rude by going back to my original way of writing it and risk alienating the "good ones" by sounding blunt?
