How much texting do ladies want?

I have been seeing this woman for a month. We have maybe been on 8 dates. She is very successful in her career. I asked her after a concert last night if I text too much and she said yes. Maybe added something about work but can’t remember exactly. I normally just send a text or two a day. Now after last night I’m afraid to text her at all. Normally the women I date constantly text. Just wondering what you ladies think?
