Hey people of the internet !

I'm a 27 y/o male who is single and casually having fun.

I meet women on dating apps from time to time, and I met once recently who I hit it off with.

At least on the phone we have great chemistry and they seemed open to the who casual/non exclusive thing.

However, this morning we've been talking about my body type. I grew up pretty skinny so I've always been between skinny and "skinny fat" as an adult.

I've been weightlifting for a few years, just been slow to put on muscle. I've made some gains, along with a bit of fat over the last few months which is to be expected. I've been as low as 13% body fat before and am more than confident I'll cut back down when I'm ready to.

I'm also very sure I'll be working out the rest of my life and my physique will come in time as I improve at training.

All that said, she said she's a gym person and usually goes for of "that type" which means more muscular dudes.

When I said that we don't have to continue talking if I'm not her type she said it's not like I'm 600 lbs so she can look past it.

Personally, at this point I'm a little annoyed. I don't want to start off a situation no matter how casual with someone that's not physically attracted to me or is "looking past" anything.

Am I thinking about this the wrong way? Tempted to just cut this off
