I have a crush on a potentially former coworker, don't know how to ask her out.
Post Body

So I have a crush on a coworker of mine. She is in college, so she works during the winter and summer breaks. She hasn't come back this winter so I'm thinking she might not work there anymore. If it's true, I now have a chance to ask her out (online cause I don't see her in person anymore) but I have so many questions about how I should approach this...

First, is it even worth it? I don't know if she would say yes, I mean a crush is pretty one sided. We talked a little and she'd always say hi, but she never "seeked" me out or showed any obvious signs of flirting. Is it worth asking her out anyway?

If it is, should I ask her out the same day I get in touch or wait a couple days or weeks or even until we know each other a bit more? What should I say to her? How do I lead up to the big question?

Sorry if I'm all over the place, lots of stuff swirling through my mind.
