So I'm in college and this girl's in another college nearby. We matched on Tinder and went out for some Boba, walk around, and then we sat down at a restaurant and chatted; overall, a lot of our hobbies and interests match or are similar. At the end of our date she asked if I would be cool kissing, and I said yes because I truly felt a connection between us though I'm not trying to rush into anything; and we kissed before I dropped her off. Recently, she's been taking more time (hours compared to half an hour to 2 max) to respond to snaps. Is this something that I should be looking out for or is she just being cautious so she doesn't come out some way or maybe she's busy? Also, is it normal for us to only have each other's snapchats but not phone numbers?

We talked about having a second date in a week and a half and I feel that this is a good time for exchanging numbers and Instagram's. Is this a good idea?
