Me 27(M) her 25(F)

So I have this girl from work that we ride together and we are pretty much work friends, she keeps on telling me she doesn’t like me even tho she is overly emotional towards me and we argue a lot from which it stresses both of us out, but yet we still hang out and sort out our issues and even tell her sometimes that we argue like we are a couple and we aren’t and that it has to stop.

After solving some issues we were doing fine for a few months from which we even talked about dating and even being friends outside of work, even tho feelings aren’t completely mutual she has confused me by requesting in order for us to be friends outside of work I have to show her that I can make her laugh and match her humor, from which is the same thing she said in order to date, so it’s kinda like a double edge sword, makes me feel like she wants to date me and doesn’t want to tell me it.

The other day we argued over something’s and I told her if she had any issues towards me she can personally address them, so she decides and proceeds to be mad at me over something at work that has been normal, pretty much complaining that she was all alone with no help and then start asking me to explain myself, where was I at, what was I doing, saying that I didn’t have a lot to do, and pretty much acting like she is my girlfriend, and it is very confusing for me this change of her attitude after I started backing off from her and the first thing I get is this attitude that resembles something that you would expect from a relationship.

I need help :c
