How does a 23M who has never dated or had a girlfriend even get started?

I (23M) have absolutely no relationship experience. I posted on here about having low self esteem about it (you can go on my profile to find them), but when I try to think of a way to change my situation, I can’t think of anything. I honestly have no idea how to meet girls as I’m not really a super social person who likes to go out to bars or anything. I’ve been rejected by girls at work, on dating apps, and I’m no longer in school. Is there any real way to find love? Am I destined to be alone forever? I’m genuinely scared of that possibility.
