Looking for a legit long distance dating site... or alternatives.
Post Body

Goal & TL;DR: Are there any realistic long range match making sites?

Background: I (37M) & single dad, have had an extremely hard time trying to find women to even approach. I live in a very rural area. The closest big town is 1.5 hours away. That's just a big town, not a giant city. The town I live in with about 1000 people is mainly retirees 50 that are taking care of their grandchildren. There are very few people in my age range here, and a majority of them are men. This is a town you move away from when you graduate. Previously, someone else posted on FB, asking where to meet girls around here, and the replies were a bunch of laughs and good lucks.

I have tried a few of the online dating sites like match & eharm, the very few matches I come across generally add a geographic distance after talking to them. I have no problems traveling to meet someone, although I find that most women aren't willing to even consider that. Most of the long range dating sites I have tried are fake, tend to have old stale profiles & people don't even log in. Moving is not an option for me because of my job. On top of that, I actually enjoy the peace and quiet, clean air, stars at night, and lack of rushing around. I used to live in a giant city, and it is no longer for me.

Are there any sites this community would recommend to meet women? In particular, ones where women like country life and aren't super attached to the big cities, and my actually be compatible. Or any other advice you could provide?
