Should I (18M) still be friends with my friend (F18) that lied to me
Post Body

I've been talking with this girl for 6 months. She has an issue with her parents, and they won't let her have anything more than a friendship with a guy. They barely let her talk to me at all, so she doesn't have any friends beside me. I developed feelings for her, and I told her. This was maybe 2 months ago. She said that she was also in love with me, so we thought it might be worth to give it a shot and engage in a relationship. After 2 weeks, and having to hide it from her parents, we both realized it was too difficult to keep it going. Then, a week ago, I noticed she was really weird, we started talking about love, and when I asked her "How many guys have you loved?" She replied "Nobody". I was a bit surprised because she was supposed to be in love with me. So I asked her "Do you still love me?" Reply: "No, and I haven't loved you. I said that because you'd have left me otherwise, and I don't want to be lonely. I want to fix this. I'm sorry"

Now what do I do? I feel played with because she lied to me for 2 months. She's the first girl I've ever felt something so intense, and it's the first girl that seemed to love me as well, and it really feels like we connect. But I don't know what to do anymore. I stopped talking to her because I needed to think about my feelings and the next step. Should I reach out again and try to be friends with her or should I leave it as is? (I'm still in love with her, I'm just hurt because she lied to me about it.)
