I have really bad social anxiety which I think is a major contributing factor here. I'm able to cope well for the most part, and make friends pretty easily in spite of my constant reliance on others to break the ice. I feel like I'm missing cues from women who might be interested in more, and the only couple times I've mustered up the courage to someone out I've gotten rejected shattering my already low confidence. Any advice on how to get better at initiating conversation, picking up on nonverbal cues, and regaining confidence to put myself out there would be greatly appreciated. With every year that goes by I feel more and more pressure from myself and my family to find someone, and the fear of ending up alone is building quicker and quicker as I see others my age starting to settle down more. Please help
