How do I ask if she lost interest?

We had a really nice first date and we found out we had a lot in common but she is bit flaky on nailing down a second date
Backstory is we had a second date planned but I had to cancel it because of personal reasons Now I’m trying to get a second by she doesn’t seem to want to commit to a second.
Am I texting her too much ? Am I being to needy?
I txt her good morning and ask her how day and I wait till she replies to send another
