I'll keep this short - I get on well with a girl, she's late 20s, I'm mid 30s. We get on really well in a lot of ways, but there's something I struggle with a little.

She has only ever worked in the creative industries, and very sparsely - she's done a tiny bit of voice acting (albeit quite a lucrative contract, for a well-known upmarket fashion brand) and has worked on tv/film productions. She's never had any sort of permanent employment.

She has savings from these jobs so money isn't an immediate concern for her, because she's never moved out of her parents' place, never paid rent. She's worked hard (some 14 hour days on film sets) but it's for a few weeks at a time, then she just sort of... Does nothing for weeks/months.

She doesn't have a CV, she won't learn to drive or do interviews because of anxiety. I'm pretty certain she'll never have a normal job.

Is it bad that this sets off alarm bells for me?
