Matches not responding after days

I know most people deal with it and truly sucks. Having a flow of conversation and then radio silence. How can I stop this from happening?
I feel it's my fault for not being interesting enough. I'm trying to find a serious relationship, but maybe that's a thing of the past, maybe just fwbs and one night stands is just apart of my future. I'm considering just screw a relationship and just focus on my business goals.
