I've asked a cougars out, but they didn't counter on the spot.. They would "counter offer" the following day with

Counter offer 1 (day after i asked her out in person then tells me this in person)

- I was out of town the other night, i was going to call you if you wanted to meet out of town?

Counter offer 2 (day after i asked her out in person then tells me this in person)
"So when we go on our date..are we going to social distance"

Counter offer 3 (day after i asked her out in person then tells me this in person)

" You can come over but you can't stay overnight"

Are these valid counter offers? Aren't women supposed to counter offer with "EXACT TIME AND DAY" it felt like they toying with me with these counter offers so I didn't push further
