Could use some advice!
Post Body

Monday I meet this girl at the dog park that I go to. We seemed to hit it off. Had a really fun 35 min convo. We laughed a lot. It felt organic and cool. So when I saw her again yesterday, I got excited! I’m going to be a part of a Improv Comedy Show on Saturday (social distanced, masks etc.).

So I asked her to come out to it if she was free. She told me she will see what she’s doing because she doesn’t know her plans with her family yet. So I asked for her number to text her the details and she gave it to me. We kept talking until I had to leave and left it at that.

So last night I sent her a text once I got home last night just saying it was me. She didn’t reply and I didn’t double texts or anything like that. I woke up to a message with her apologizing because she was working on a work project so she didn’t get back to me right away. Then I texted her the details of the Show, sent her ticket link and told her it would be really cool if she was able to go but it’s no problem if she isn’t.

I worry that me asking for her number was rushing her into giving it out maybe? I tend to overthink (as you can see in my past posts haha) so I’m just trying to do this right. Do you think I did it right? If she doesn't come to the show what should be my next move?
