How much to message before a date?! So as not to seem clingy or desperate, but solidify interest.
Post Body

So after we met online and had good chat for a couple of days she asked me out for coffee. Problem is were in lockdown. Its supposed to be lifting in a week or so but these last few days since she ask the chat has been a little different. I feel like I have to initiate and shes replying with short messages not really prompting anything, still kind, but not her past chatty self.

I don't wanna mess this up by smashing her with messages and seeming needy, so I've been quiet for a few days but how do I keep her interested, and let her know I'm still interested in the date without coming off as desperate or clingy
