Is she trying to play me?
Post Body

I’m a guy (18) and just started college and In one of my classes there’s this girl drop dead gorgeous right we’ve spoken a couple of times but I can’t really tell if she’s attracted to me. So one day I ask her “Hey blank would be down to hang out sometime?” She responds with “ Yeah sure I don’t care!” Now this may be a red flag but She did say it in a high pitched happy voice so it’s hard to tell. Anyways, we exchange numbers and I said we’ll arrange something over text or something like that don’t really remember. So I decide that I’ll text her the next day I don’t want to come off as needy or something. So the next day comes and I decide to send her a text at around 10:30 am. The text says “ Hey blank it’s Ryan! That guy from your international relations class! How are you?!” So I wait for her to respond but she doesn’t until 12 am and I’m asleep at that time so I didn’t respond but I was thinking she definitely saw my text way before that but decided not to respond. The text read “ Hey! I’m good, How’re you??” So I thought ok I can play that game so I wait all day until around 5pm today to respond.

So the question I’m trying ask is: is this girl trying to play a game for me to chase her and am I doing the right thing by not responding the next morning? Keep in mind that I don’t really have any experience with girls so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
