(20M, straight) Just transferred to a new university and met this girl who I think is really great. We share the same values, she's super nice, pretty, etc. However, I'm a Junior and she's a Senior, plus, as we were talking, she said she's moving to the other side of the Atlantic Ocean in a year and wants to live there, whereas I am staying in the US at least until I'm done with college (but then could easily also see myself moving to the same country as her).
I think long-term with these things, so only want to date someone with whom I could see myself being in a long-term relationship, or even marrying (is it too crazy for me think this far in advance? I feel like if the end goal is marriage, which for me it is, thinking short-term isn't the best idea), hence I haven't dated anyone before.
Should I ask her out / see if she's single / if she's into guys, or is it not worth it and should pursue a friendship instead?
