I just started a new job and this woman also just started. We were in the same orientation, and we also will be working in the same department. I'm 22 and she's 10 years older. Now I feel like we have chemistry and she's made a couple comments about it leading me to believe that she agrees. She used the specific phrase "We get along like an old married couple.". We always go to lunch together and I've offered to help her pack her things to move and she's said she would take me up on the offer which is more me being friendly than anything but honestly I feel a bit of an attraction to her. I don't know if it's because we have good chemistry or if I actually find her attractive, which honestly I think she is an attractive woman. But 10 years is a long amount of time to me at this point. 10 years is barely more than half the time I've been alive. And honestly, I really don't know if my attraction to her is emotionally, chemically, or sexually. I'm not really sure how to go about this right now. This is absolutely the first time I've ever dealt with anything like this so any advice would be great.
