Me and my girlfriend was in bed with each other and we were snuggling and I began to rub her down there and when she moved onto me I came not too long after like 20 to 30 seconds later now I’m feeling embarrassed i haven’t said anything but now I’m really embarrassed and it has spoiled the mood for me and the constant thought comes to me that I want to go home.

I’m a virgin with not much experience and she says it’s fine and at least I got excited but I don’t feel that way and I don’t want her to hate because I didn’t last long and I just want to die.

How do I not feel this way
