Is it bad to hit up your fwb for sex just because you're bored and lonely?

My (26F) main issue with my fwb is that so far, we've only done oral. We haven't had sex yet for other reasons (he's not very respectful). I hit him up for sex a couple weeks ago (he was busy that night so it didn't end up happening anyway) but damn, I'm really mad at myself for almost giving in to him, just because I was bored and lonely.

I slept with another guy a month ago too and this was also my only reason for wanting to have sex with him. It all felt really rushed and it wasn't very good and I ended up getting ghosted right after.
