I(26M) met a girl(20sF) at a bar and we hit it off. We exchanged numbers, and she even made sure her phone could receive my messages because at first the calls couldn't go through. I told her we could go out before she leaves the city, which she agreed.

However, when I texted her the next day, she didn't reply. I gave her a couple of days and texted her again today, but still no answer. A friend suggested I call her, but I don't want to come on too strong or insistent.

In past experiences, girls have replied the text saying they weren't interested or were too busy too date, or they just gave me her number but didn't ask for mine back and never replied; I'm used to that, no problem! But what I find funny is that in this case she went through the trouble of exchanging numbers and agreeing to meet up, but now she's not replying to the texts. Why is that?

Usually, at this point I drop it, but my friend does pull more girls, so, should I give her a call?
