2 Months of talking stage ended after her claiming that she wasn't ready for a relationship. Need help.
Post Body

Hello everyone, 22M here. After having never been in a relationship all my life, I met a 22F on bumble and things seemed to go pretty smooth.

We had shared interests, got along well and talked frequently on calls too. Although we only met once, I got attached to her.

After 2 months she lost a family member post which we had a call wherein she seemed unaffected. But a couple of days later her texts went dry and soon after she met me and explained how she wasn't ready for a relationship and that she wanted to heal alone.

I found it to be abrupt and while I tried empathizing with her, a part of me took it as a personal rejection and struggled to accept the reality. I thought that if she did value me,she would've asked if I was willing to wait for her instead of ending things. I tried reaching out via text subsequently asking her to talk things through but she was firm in her stance that she wasn't ready to talk and that the meet was meant to be a closure in itself. She also mentioned that we could be friends whenever she's ready.

It's been 2 months since our final meet and I've struggled to move on. I keep hoping that she'd reach out, keep revisiting past conversations and keep stalking her on social media. I'm honestly just tired of it all and feel like I'm abusing myself in the process.Need advice to get over the situation and focus on myself.
