Im a 16 year old male and im starting to feel like my group of 4 freinds (all male) is becoming pretty bad, I'm getting the piss taken out of me almost every day and fights usually result in me being ignored and treated like shit between the group,I've kinda dealt with this and don't really care, I know my personality clashes with theirs but theres nobody else in the class I can turn to. (They are all still great guys they just can be a bit naive, i dont want the replies full of these 3)

I want to try and get into a releationship with a girl who genuinly cares for me and I can do the same. I would try with girls in my school but they are all proper bitches, they will date you for a month, dump you and take the piss out of you to all their freinds afterwards.

So, what can I do to find someone that is a genuinley nice person? I'm not trying dating sites(i dont want anything about me going public, i dont like being bullied behind my back, or to my face) and it would feel weird to ask out some random girl in a shop or wherever.

Im guessing for now i just kinda accept it and wait to grow up but I want something more from my current point.

TLDR; how can I find a nice girl who will like me and can have a relationship with thats not from my school
