Okay, I feel like I need the science behind this, cause it's getting upsetting.
For starters, I'm moving out of town in three months which is why I'm not looking for anything serious. Lately, I've been trying to find a FWB. A few times, I found some guys that were opened to it. We text well, we exchange pictures, videos, we meet, we have sex and then... Gone.
It's not helping that I rather low self-esteem, so it always gets me spiralling into: "Am I not attractive enough? Am I not good enough?" But anyway. We know beforehand we don't want anything serious, so why do I always get ghosted after the first night? Is it the thrill of the chase or cause we were not genuinely friends to begin with? I don't get it and I'm starting to think maybe I'm doing something wrong.
