So I've been talking to this girl (24) for a week. who already said she likes me a lot and is willing to build towards a relationship with me. She's very sweet and always does cute romantic gestures. She tickets all the boxes for me except that I'm not very physically attracted to her and I don't find her very appealing. But her personality is great. The challenge here is physical attractiveness and distance, she's from another whole country.
On the other hand, I have been crushing a little bit on this coworker (27) She's very pretty, mature, fun to be with, and we already built some kind of rapport. Thing is, I don't know whether she'll like me or not and I'm very scared of getting rejected and I have to see her everyday at work. She's been a little playful and flirty with me before. One girl was sitting right next to me at work and my crush said " oh how lucky she is to be right next to you haha" then when the other girl got up, she came and sat right next to me. That's the only thing that could indicate she might like me a little bit.
Also, she still hangs out with her ex at work sometimes. But I believe she's still single.
Should I pursue the coworker and risk getting rejected and making things awkward at work, or should I stick with the long distance situationship and try to grow it?
