I’m 19.. and I don’t get it.. why does finding someone feel so hard? It’s like every guy is either not interested or just doesn’t notice me at all. I’ve never had a boyfriend, and now I’m not even looking for one. I just want to experience what everyone else seems to find so easy.
People say if a girl wants to hook up, she can snap her fingers and have guys lining up. But for me? It’s the complete opposite. I’ve tried apps, talked to guys I liked, even put myself out there way more than I’m comfortable with. And still… nothing.
Meanwhile, my friends get hit on all the time. They have stories, flirty DMs, and options everywhere. I’m happy for them, but it’s hard not to feel like I’m the problem. Am I coming across as unapproachable? Do I give off the wrong vibes? I just want to know why it feels like I’m stuck while everyone else is successful..
