I’m 30[M] she’s 26[F]

Imma start by disclosing this to start off me and her dated for a bit and I needed a better job/career badly, so we work together and separate work from our affairs very well.

So initially when everything went bad we agreed before I got the job work is work.

Initially I thought we’d just stick to work stuff not be joking around specially with stuff from the past, things that my ex loved about me.

I was extremely conflicted, considering she choose another guy, blocked and deleted me in order to be with him and that we had a clear understanding that we’re DONE4GOOD!

So since she clearly wants to still interact with me I suggested us slowly progress into talking again, so we don’t have these awkward moments where we randomly switch back and forth of distancing each other and wanting to interact with another like before.

Weirdly enough she started putting more time towards me having fun joking around from which she’s been noticeably coming up to me a lot for those exact good moments and I know she enjoys them a lot.

Recently she had an off day, she was awfully silent towards everyone and when I was with some coworkers she just stoped mid work and came up to us and joined the crowd but stood there silently, idk what she wanted or expected.

Then today there where some questionable things that I noticed, when I got in she was head down on the table like she was dealing with something, thought to ask if she was okey but decided not to.

After that initial impression I was like “she’s probably having a bad week”, then she surprised me by being overly interactive joking around with me thru out the day.

But then main thing she did today that left me stunned, speechless, scared, I mean a million thoughts were flowing thru my head, was she had brought my jacket I gave her, now that jacket has a lot of sentimental value to me, I gave it to her initially while we were dating and she knows that.

When she decided to stick with the guy she’s with now and wanted to give it back I stated very clearly doing such would symbolize “I’m dead to her”, she still wanted to give it back even told me I’m lucky she lost it and didn’t want to find it.

So right now I am very confused on why she decided to find it and wear it to work out of all places knowing I was working that day, specifically considering I told her that there are certain things from the good days I don’t want to remember because it brings me depression.
