Theres this really pretty lady that I wanted to get the number of at my second job for months

Today I did it! I was super nervous, and as she was leaving I managed to ask. I got her number, but I (27m) don't know where to go from here! (She got 30 worth of stuff and I put the 20 in the 5 slot and the 10 in the 100 slot)

I haven't really dated at all in over a year so I don't want to come off as overbearing. Is there an adequate amount of time to wait to message her? What do I even say when I do? She's really nice and seems well educated. My coworker knows her family a little and I think she's training for a masters in education of some kind (I'm a plumbers apprentice)
