There’s a girl I work with that I believe is into me but I’m not entirely certain and if she is how should I go about building a relationship with her?

We both work in retail, I’m the full time closing head cashier and she’s the service desk supervisor. I’ve noticed whenever I approach she’s smiles, smiles and waves, sometimes she’ll playfully stick out her tongue and others she occasionally, not very often break conversation to say hi when I walk in. We’ve had a few moments when it’s just been us where we’ve hanged out and just be a pair goof balls. She does ask about my mom, and my cat often (both of ours had similar injuries). We had a Christmas party a few weeks ago where after visiting with her work friends she came and sat at my table where we struck up a conversation with one of her coworkers wife. During said party she touched my shoulder and arm on two separate occasions where as she didn’t really touch anyone else that I noticed.a few days later I was up helping at the service desk when one of her regulars came in and she pressed her chest into my back talking over my shoulder when she could have walked around me.

A week later we did exchange phone numbers and did have a few short conversations. Though I think that’s more because she’s bad at texting. because unless one of us makes an excuse and we can talk we do talk for a while. We had a 20 minute conversation on corned beef in the break room. At least that’s what I like to hope. When she does texts they are fairly neutral, almost cautious more like she’s sending an email. As well as only sending a few texts at a time as well as not responding to some at all.

To make matters worse we are both autistic and while it’s no issues for me I’m worried that her being religious might cause her to hesitate in dating an atheist.

My mom, who she met briefly, and one of my friends I’ve been talking to both think she likes me.

So my first question would be is she into me or am I just taking events out of context? Second, if she is how do I push things or make it aware that I want things to go further?
