Do you believe that casual dating doesn’t always mean complete detachment or being emotionless?
Post Body

Have you ever felt emotional about ending something casual? I’ve (30F) been seeing someone (35M) for a little while, and even though it’s always been casual, I’ve started to feel more attached. I’m thinking about ending it, but it’s harder than I expected. The thought of him not caring is something I expected, but it still hurts. I’m also trying to figure out why this feels different and why walking away isn’t as easy this time.

TL;DR: deep down I don’t want to end it, but I know this is the right thing to do before things get complicated.
